Twenty tips to keep your Church safe from Visitors

Top kudos for the Diocese of Bristol for this:

Today I congratulated a member of our congregation because she was the absolute model of welcome and mission: she sat next to a couple of young women who have started coming with their kids, encouraged them out to the altar rail and chatted to them after (and for whom I am praying we might be able to start the road to Confirmation), then spent some time with others all of whom were new(ish) to Church – a mixture of pre-and post baptism and wedding groups. The Church is really starting to swell and signs of growth are all around and it is down to this kind of welcome, this kind of mission. THIS is what makes a Church grow, and I thank God for it.
