Marriage Planning Template
We all have our own way of working things out, of planning our services and ultimately, designing tools which support the way we work. Over the years I have continued to develop my template, and so I share it here in case you want to take it further for yourself. I prefer to handwrite on this, as plans for weddings often change, even during the rehearsal, but there is nothing to stop you entering the data electronically. The box at the top right is where I record the colloqual names of the couple: it may be Thomas Michael St John Smith and Gemma Jane Jones whose vows are read out, but when I gather, it’s the marriage of Tom & Gemma I am celebrating.
Other entries are a mixture of administrative details, names of the key people involved (I really feel awkward saying Dad, come this way please) and the actual plans.
If this is some use to you, then adopt, adapt and improve.
I have a similar one for funerals as well.
